Keating Lab
Unlocking the Future of Transplant Medicine.
About the Lab
Welcome to the Keating Lab! We are a research group dedicated to advancing the field of transplantation medicine through multiomic science. Our work delves deep into the intricate molecular mechanisms of genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics and integrating these powerful datasets to understand the biology of transplant biology through different molecular lenses. By integrating advanced immunology with insights from molecular pathology and the innovative application of artificial intelligence (AI), we aim to decipher the molecular underpinnings of transplant outcomes, ultimately striving to enhance patient outcomes and usher in a new era of personalized, precision medicine.
